Building Futures Together

In a longstanding partnership, Collins Square proudly supports the Property Industry Foundation – an independent not-for-profit charity with a mission to increase the number of bedrooms available for homeless youth, and support initiatives that have a tangible impact on youth homelessness.

To date, our community has supported the charity in numerous ways. Tenants and visitors alike have engaged in initiatives including our weekly floral auction, and seasonal events such as our festive Awkward Portraits in 2023.

Last Christmas, we embraced the silliness of the season as tenants and visitors donned festive sweaters and posed for a quirky photo, all in support of The Haven Project – a project dedicated to building homes for well-established youth homelessness charities which then operate them. Across the two days, $1,874.00 was raised. Given its popularity, Awkward Portraits will make its return in time for the festive season this year.

Our weekly floral auctions, a longstanding initiative running for over 13 years, offer tenants the opportunity to bid on one of three stunning lobby floral arrangements to take home at the end of each week. Proceeds raised from the auctions are donated directly to the Property Industry Foundation. This year, we have raised over $5,200 to date.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported the Property Industry Foundation over the years. Every gesture of kindness, big or small, is invaluable. We look forward to continuing to make a positive impact with you in 2025.
